Notes to the rental rates A reservation deposit of Ł200 ($300) is payable at the time of booking. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you stay less than 6 nights, an additional Ł50 ($90) surcharge is made for cleaning. Rental periods commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and end at 10am on the day of departure. Deposits: A Ł200 ($300) security deposit will be required in advance of you arrival, and refunded within 28 days of departure, assuming no damage to house or contents. Refunds: Longer than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only will be charged. Up to 8 weeks 50% of rental cost; Under 8 weeks 100% of rental cost will be charged.
